Why December and not sooner?
Contract manufacturing runs in sequence and each stage gates the next. Sourcing the saffron extract alone runs several weeks. We could compress this by buying an off-the-shelf blend from a stock catalog and putting our name on it. We are not doing that.
When is my card charged?
$15 at reservation. That is the only charge until November, when the batch clears third-party testing and we email you a link to complete the remaining $25. Your bottle ships after that. If you decide not to complete it, nothing happens automatically and your $15 comes back.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any point before shipping, in full. Reply to any email from us.
What if the date moves?
You will hear it from us before you notice it. If a stage slips you get the reason and the new date, and cancelling is still one email.
Is this a subscription?
No. The founding batch is a single purchase and nothing recurs. Subscription opens when the batch ships, and reservation holders keep a $45 rate permanently.
How do I take it?
